Nikolaos Kataras, President and CEO
Nikolaos Kataras, founder and head of METALAXI, is a Civil Engineer and graduate of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), with extensive experience in the construction and property development sectors.
From 1991 to 2001, he worked as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects, including public buildings, hotels, university facilities, bridges and road infrastructure.
Since 2001, he has been active in residential development and private construction projects in Greece and abroad, playing an active role in the design, strategy and execution of METALAXI projects.
With a strong focus on architectural quality, technical excellence and innovation, he has invested in the development of specialized architectural products and applications, as well as in building a highly skilled engineering and technical team.
Today, Nikolaos Kataras leads KATARAS GROUP – METALAXI, with a vision to create high-end construction and residential projects that combine contemporary design, construction quality and functionality.

METALAXI was founded on years of experience in the construction industry and involvement in complex, demanding projects in Greece and abroad.
